1. Service description

SPECTEX is an online platform where construction equipment owners publish listings, and where other people find that equipment to rent or to buy and contact the owner directly.

The Platform is not a party to any rental or sale transaction, never takes possession of any equipment, and does not mediate any agreement between the parties.

We also sell advertising space on the Platform, which is covered by section 7

2. Account registration

You must create an account to publish listings. You can register with a phone number or with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account

3. Listing content

When publishing equipment, you warrant that the information you provide (photos, price, specifications, location) is accurate.

You also warrant that you own the equipment or are authorised by its owner to list it, and that you are entitled to rent it out or to sell it. For equipment offered for sale, you warrant that you are able to transfer ownership of it.

Posting false or misleading content, or content that infringes on third-party rights, is prohibited

4. Listing review and publication

Every listing is reviewed by us before it is published, which normally takes less than a working day.

We may decline a listing, or remove one that is already published, if it breaks these terms, if the information appears to be inaccurate, or if it duplicates an existing listing.

You can pause your own listing at any time from your account and publish it again later

5. Free listings and commission

Publishing listings on the Platform is free. We charge no listing fee and no subscription, and we take no commission on any rental or sale you agree with another user.

We may introduce optional paid features in future. If we do, they will be additional services, and we will not begin charging for listings that are free today

6. Rentals and sales between users

Prices shown in listings are informational. Rental terms, sale price, payment, inspection, handover and transport are arranged directly between the two users, outside the Platform.

The Platform does not process payments between users and never holds funds. We recommend inspecting equipment before paying anything

7. Advertising on the Platform

We sell banner advertising space on the Platform. Advertising is booked directly with us, and the content of every advertisement is governed by our separate Advertising Rules.

We review every creative before it goes live, and may decline or remove an advertisement under those rules

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Platform for fraud, spam, infringing on other users, or violating any applicable law

9. Limitation of liability

SPECTEX does not guarantee the accuracy of listings and is not liable for disputes between users, for the condition, legality or ownership of any equipment, or for the performance of any rental or sale agreement.

Reviewing a listing before publication does not mean that we have verified the equipment, its owner, or the accuracy of the listing

10. Account suspension and listing removal

We may remove listings and suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice

11. Partner offers

Owners with a published listing are shown discounts and promo codes from our partners. The discount is provided by the partner, not by SPECTEX.

Buying from a partner is your transaction with them. SPECTEX is not a party to it and is not responsible for their goods, services, prices, or for whether the partner accepts the code. Disputes about such a purchase are settled with the partner directly.

A partner may change or end their offer, and we may remove a partner from the Platform. A promo code is not a commitment on our part and gives no right to demand a discount

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new terms

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia
